Cleaned a very dirty 8×10 oriental rug and cut and provided a new rug pad.

Two weeks ago Hayko arrived at my apartment in Manhattan at the appointed time. He moved the furniture and folded up my 8 x 10 oriental rug. He said it would return it two weeks later.
. While Hayko had the rug at his shop, I decided to replace the rug pad, which was disintegrating and sticking to the floor. I emailed Hayko to ask if he knew where I could purchase a new high quality pad. He said he could provide one for me. We agreed on a price. Earlier today he returned with the rug and rug pad. Hayko moved all the furniture and put down the rug on top of the pad. I was very satisfied with his service. He is very knowledgeable about oriental rugs.
